We Support Church Planters – We seek to support church planters by providing excellent training, honest feedback and accountability and valuable resources to church planters and their families working in Metro DC.

We Support Multiplying Churches – We recognize that there are many faithful churches in the Metro area working to Make Jesus known. With this in mind we seek to encourage likeminded church planting and revitalization initiatives in the greater Washington DC area by providing resources such as training, coaching and funding for those seeking to multiply churches.

We Support Struggling Churches – New City helps ailing churches in Metro DC by providing much needed resources and leadership to churches that have experienced a prolonged season of decline.

We Educate Christians – To help everyday Christians understand the Biblical rationale for church planting and to familiarize them with the need for new churches in metro DC and elsewhere in order to motivate them to participate in local church planting initiatives.

The Send Network exists to push back lostness in North America. That purpose is accomplished through church planting in areas of greatest need. The Send Network recognizes that church planting is one of the most challenging, and yet rewarding, callings on a person’s life. With that reality in mind, the Send Network enhances the church planting experience through collaboration and unmatched support with assessments, training, coaching, resources and care.

The District Church is a non-denominational Christian church in Washington, DC, that began gathering in the spring of 2010. It is TDC's mission to make disciples of Jesus who are committed to living out their God-given mission in life. It is also a church that desires to help pastor world changers, while also coming alongside those who are on the outskirts of society. TDC is a community that is actively helping people find their way back to God while also helping them find their God-given mission in life.
